The thing about this picture is that it was taken while Alt Doof was trying to convince Phineas and Ferb that Perry was a secret agent.
And you can tell that Perry’s trying to look as average as possible.
But he’s trying so hard it just looks hilarious.
I’ll just wait for him to build a High Five-Inator and hope that it explodes, which it probably will.
